A simple tip for good Sleep : shutting off your devices 30 mins before bed.
This is one of the ways you can go to sleep being mindful and creating a ritual around bedtime that raises your vibration , re-sets your body clock to support a night of refreshing sleep.
There are many different reasons why our sleep is not restful and cutting off technology can really aid. Mind and body are intrinsically linked.
If you found a difference in cutting off from technology stay with it to make it a habit.
Sleeping at the same time every night having a trigger.. eg brushing teeth then shutting off phone 20- 30 mins before bed and committing to your ritual ( prayer, journaling, foot massage, sleep mudras, meditation.. pick one that works and start small)
