Surrendering can be very hard for some of us, that’s why in Yoga Asana, ‘Shavasana (corpse pose) is considered the most important pose.
Ishwara pranidhana is the last Niyama . ( positive duties, observances)
Ishwara translated to supreme being , ultimate reality and Pranidhana means surrender. It’s cultivating this deep and trusting relationship with the universe.
I want to bring this niyama in light of our day to day life.
It’s actually the easiest path to peace and realization. But it can be hard because we are so inclined to control and move from our EGoic mind.
This niyams asks us to be open to what is instead of fighting the twists and turns of life .
Do your best and leave the rest to unfold.
It’s a practice of acceptance of everything. It does not mean you agree with it, it’s simply accept and finding some relief in the midst of it.
Huge changes are happening in our world and will continue. Huge changes and shifts are happening in people’s lives.
There is always a time in our human journey when our comfort zone gets challenged...We get shaken by the universe . It can be very uncomfortable and scary because at the level of our ego we are not sure how we will get through. ..we can perceive our problems as an invitation to let go of what we think we are and surrender into this infinite space that lives within us which is love.
I would like to invite you today and during the week to give yourself the gift of a pause . When we surrender, we let go..we give ourselves this gift of relief..everything has to unfold as it’s meant to.
